We will be cultivating mindfulness and awareness. Through the process of mindfulness we slowly become aware of who we really are, down below our egos image. We wake up to what life really is. Developing deep insights to help us break down the walls and live as our authentic selves.
Meditations usually are 20 min and there is a 10 minute integration session afterwards if you wish to stay and chat with one another. We have created a beautiful unique and safe space to express and learn from one another.
