<p style=’font-size: 12px;line-height: normal’>Join Janet for a heart-pumping, super fun kickboxing-inspired fitness class! We’ll be using the amazing techniques of Muay Thai (various kicks, elbow and classic strikes in easy to follow combinations) mixed with body weight conditioning for an intense 50 minute workout. Kickboxing skills will be taught at a beginner level – but this class is great for all levels, stays moving and will get you super sweaty! Not to mention, the playlist is always awesome – and the instructors are entertaining and experienced.</p><br><p style=’font-size: 12px;line-height: normal’>Before Janet was an packleader at Crubox West Hollywood, the majority of her boxing training was in Muay Thai. She loves kickboxing for the limitless combinations that can be created, the savage nature of it, and holy hell the grueling entire full body workout it offers.
