Created by Sarika Ringer, Rhythm&Tone is an original dance cardio session that combines foundation bodyweight exercises to the beat for a total body workout. In class, you can burn up to 500-800 calories and will increase your cardiorespiratory endurance all while having fun toning and sculpting your body. No equipment needed; mat recommended.
$5 via EventBrite (credit card fees apply).
Your personal Zoom link will be emailed to you 20-30 min before we begin, and you can join via desktop or mobile app. Be prepared to join 5-10 min in advance to make sure you are settled in before we begin.
