It is our mission to share healing modalities of breath work, yoga, plant medicine, and sound therapy with as many people as possible. These techniques have transformed our lives so much and today we as humans need them more and than ever. We want to empower each practitioner to his or her innate healing abilities and remind them that living in a happy, healthy body as possible for everyone. Join us on this journey through the cosmos inside and out.
Our philosophy is deeply rooted in service and it is with great pleasure that we offer this class to the community as our way of giving back.
The classes are open to all with a sliding scale of $10-$1,000,000(think big people), and we will never turn anyone away due to lack of funds. We must emphasize how important it is to give back and create a feeling of abundance in your life. Regardless of your financial situation we ask that you find a way to be of service in your life however big or small. Giving is the best gift you can receive.
Please bring a mat and water bottle to all of our classes and for our evening class you can also bring blankets for the sound bath and a hot beverage vessel for Siritea.
